Gift voucher terms and conditions
- Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
- Vouchers must be presented at time of payment. Prices for treatments are subject to change.
- Gift Vouchers are redeemable for merchandise or services at Nayala’s Glittery Glam.
- Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of other special deals or accounts.
- Cash will not be given for any unused balance.
- Unused balance on expiry of gift vouchers will not be refunded or credited.
- Purchases exceeding available balance require difference paid by another method.
- Nayala’s Glittery Glam and Wedding Reels reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift voucher remains our property.
