Gift voucher terms and conditions

1. Vouchers can only be used against eligible holidays or accommodations. If it is not eligible, the holiday or accommodation page will specify that vouchers are not accepted in the top section of the page.
2. Please give your voucher code to the operator at the time of booking. Without the voucher code the operator will not be able to apply your voucher or give you the discount.
3. Only one voucher/voucher code can be used per booking.
4. Your voucher can be used against multiple bookings.
5. Vouchers can only be used with Hospes India Travel and hospitality Pvt. Ltd. members towards full and final payment for any holiday or accommodation marked as eligible. They may not be used against a deposit or other part payment.
6. Vouchers can only be used to pay for the holiday or accommodation as seen on Responsible Travel and cannot be used towards other expenses such as food, drink, spa treatments etc.
7. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and may not be applied retrospectively.
8. Use of the Hospes India Travel and hospitality Pvt. Ltd. website constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
9. In the case of vouchers with a minimum spend the full minimum spend must be reached within the same one single booking in order for the voucher to be redeemed.
